Warranty

 

We offer 20 year standard limited warranty against rust-through on tubing. 40 year warranty on sheet metal provided by manufacturer. Assuming normal care and maintenance.*

Maintenance

 

  • Sheet metal shall not touch any soil for long periods of time, as it can cause damage. It should Be cleaned with mild soap and water only. Any abrasive chemicals will damage the sheet metal (ex. weed killers). Please ask sales rep for warranty information.

  • Any leaves and debris shall be removed from the roof to prevent damage and standing water.

  • Not maintaining the exterior and interior of the structure will void the warranty.

*Superior Metal Structures & Concrete, LLC can not guarantee concrete will not crack, this is what is known as Plastic Shrinkage Cracking. This is caused by rapid loss of water from the surface of the concrete before it has set. Plastic Shrinkage Cracking rarely impair the straight or durability of the concrete (NRMCA). Unfortunately we are unable control Plastic Shrinkage Cracking, what we will do is make sure everything is done professionally from start to finish.

*Proper maintenance on sheeting must be done yearly by cleaning with only mild soap and water to retain warranty.

*STRUCTURE DAMAGE OR LOSS CAUSED BY THEFT, SNOW, FIRE, RAIN WATER OVERFLOW/LEAKAGE, ACTS OF GOD, AND OR ANY OTHER CAUSES OR ANY ALTERATION OR ABUSE OF THE STRUCTURE SHALL VOID ALL SUCH LIMITED WARRANTIES.

                                                                         

 

*Replacement of warranty metal does not include the cost of installation.
